Hi, I’m Vlad. I immigrated to the United States from Ukraine in 2011 and, like many, worked hard to build a life centered around family, faith, and opportunity. I’m a devoted husband, proud father of two, and someone who believes strongly in supporting family and community.

My interest in real estate began in 2017, and in 2019 I purchased my first home here in the Pocono Mountains—an area I’ve loved and invested in ever since. With a hands-on background in construction and property management, I understand homes beyond the listing photos. I’ve also personally operated a short-term rental before selling it at a strong profit, giving me real insight into both ownership and investment.

As part of the VRA team, I use this experience to help buyers find the right home and to guide sellers in listing their properties and projects in a professional, strategic, and profitable way.
